　　齿轮油泵的安装方法和注意事项

　　齿轮油泵主要依靠泵缸与啮合齿轮间所形成的工作容积变化和移动来输送液体或使之增压的回转泵。其安装质量的好坏，直接影响到泵的使用。

　　一、齿轮油泵的安装方法：

　　1、将机组放在埋有地脚螺栓的基础上，在底座与基础之间，用成对的楔垫用校正用。

　　2、松开联轴大，用水平仪分别放在泵轴和底座上，通过调整楔垫，校正机组水平，适当拧紧地脚螺栓，以防走动。

　　3、校正泵轴和电机轴的同心度，在联轴大路外圆上，允许偏差0.1毫米；两联轴器平面的间隙应保护2～4毫米，(小泵取小值)间隙要均匀，允差0.3毫米。

　　4、在接好管路及确定电动机转动方向后，再接上联轴器，并再校核一遍轴的同心芳。

　　5、在机组实际试运行2～3小时后，作后检查，如无不良现象，则认为安装合格。

　　6、在安装过程中，为防止杂物落入机器内，机组的孔眼均应盖好。

　　7、为防止管线中杂物进入泵内，对新安装的管线，在泵胶应装设过滤器，其效果优良截面应大于吸入管截面的2～3倍。

　　Installation method and precautions of gear oil pump

　　Gear oil pump is a rotary pump that mainly relies on the change and movement of working volume formed between pump cylinder and meshing gear to transport liquid or pressurize it. Its installation quality directly affects the use of the pump.

　　1、 Installation method of gear oil pump:

　　1. Place the unit on the foundation with embedded anchor bolts, and use pairs of wedge pads between the base and the foundation for correction.

　　2. Loosen the coupling, place the level on the pump shaft and base respectively, adjust the wedge pad to correct the unit level, and properly tighten the anchor bolts to prevent walking.

　　3. Correct the concentricity of pump shaft and motor shaft, and the allowable deviation is 0.1mm on the outer circle of coupling road; The clearance between the two coupling planes shall be protected by 2 ~ 4mm (the smaller value is taken for the small pump). The clearance shall be uniform with a tolerance of 0.3mm.

　　4. After connecting the pipeline and determining the rotation direction of the motor, connect the coupling and check the concentricity of the shaft again.

　　5. After 2 ~ 3 hours of actual trial operation of the unit, conduct post inspection. If there is no defect, it is considered that the installation is qualified.

　　6. During installation, in order to prevent sundries from falling into the machine, the holes of the unit shall be covered.

　　7. In order to prevent sundries in the pipeline from entering the pump, a filter shall be installed in the pump rubber for the newly installed pipeline, with excellent effect, and the section shall be 2 ~ 3 times larger than that of the suction pipe.

　　二、安装齿轮油泵的过程中应注意的事项：

　　1、齿轮油泵安装的好坏，对泵的平稳运行和使用有很重要的影响，所以安装校正工作仔细地进行，不得草率行事。

　　2、齿轮泵吸入管的安装高度、长度和管径应满足计算值，力求简短，减少不需要的损失(如弯头等)；并保护泵在工作时，不过其允许汽蚀余量。

　　3、齿轮泵的吸入和排出管路应该有支架。泵不允许承受管路的负荷。

　　4、安装管道泵的地点应足够宽敞，以方便检修工作。
